1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Astra AI ("Astra", "we", "our", "us") at tryastra.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Astra AI is operated as an individual business. Our platform is governed by the laws of India.

2. Description of Service

Astra is an AI-powered design platform built for Indian print-on-demand (POD) creators and sellers. Our platform allows users to:

• —Generate AI-powered designs for t-shirts and other print products
• —Access and use editable design templates
• —Generate product listings for platforms such as Qikink, Meesho, and Instagram
• —Create product mockups for marketing purposes
• —Export print-ready design files

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Astra. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

You may sign up using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@tryastra.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Astra to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• —Is sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic
• —Depicts or promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• —Infringes on the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any third party
• —Impersonates any person, brand, or organisation
• —Violates any applicable Indian or international law
• —Contains hate speech targeting any individual or group based on religion, caste, ethnicity, gender, or nationality
• —Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

8. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you authorise Razorpay to charge the applicable amount to your payment method. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days in the current billing cycle.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of Astra. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Astra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated designs will meet your specific requirements or be free of errors.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Astra AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Astra after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana, India.
